Hot Rod Diesel Solutions will ship items the same day or the next business day (this does not apply to custom orders, out of stock items, or international orders that are delayed through customs, weather, carrier).
Free shipping on orders over $100.00 US Dollars (standard ground shipping)
Cost of Expedited shipments will be customers responsibility.
Upon receiving order please make sure it is what you ordered, if damage is caused by carrier please refuse receipt and notify us immediately.
What can cause a delay on my Shipment?
A holiday(s), carrier delay, weather, International Customs.
Out of stock items, international shipping or orders held by Customs.
If shipping carrier can not deliver to address given by customer.(we will notify you via phone or email.)
We only ship on business days Monday-Friday.
Returns
Any Authorized return(s) must be unused, never installed must include all manuals, all components, and original packaging.
No returns or refunds on custom orders or electronic tunes.
No returns or refunds on items with no original receipt, authorized RMA.
No refunds on Shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for properly shipping item back to us and for paying the shipping back cost.

For Returns please follow these steps:
There will be a restocking fee of 20% on all products returned, after parts have been inspected to make sure parts are unused, never installed, and in its original packaging.
In the event of a return,If parts qualify for warranty,will be inspected and tested to determine the cause of failure. if the item/part returned is determine to have failed due to customer improper handling, negligent or improper installation by the customer, the warranty is voided.
